Reservations:
In order for us to confirm and hold a reservation, we require a 50 % deposit of the total amount before arrival paid either by PayPal or by credit card (signature on file with sale). The other payment of 50% will be expected from the guest upon arrival. Once we receive proof of payment via email or fax, the booking can be confirmed.

Important:
New Year’s Eve reservations.
(Packages of 7, 8, 9 or 10 days only) - Prices available upon request.

Carnival reservations.
(Packages of 5, 6 or 7 days only) - Prices available upon request.

50% of the payment for Carnival and New Year’s Eve packages may be paid in installments and the last 50% must be paid within 15 days prior to arrival.


Cancelation Policy:


Low Season:
Up to 10 days before the date of arrival, a refund of the deposit will be given minus any bank transaction fees. Any less than 10 days and the deposit will not be refunded.

High season:
Up to 30 days before the date of arrival, a refund of the deposit will be given minus any bank transaction fees. Any less than 30 days and the deposit will not be refunded.

Carnival and New Year Packages:
Up to 45 days before the date of arrival, a refund of the deposit will be given minus any bank transaction fees. Any less than 45 days and the deposit will not be refunded.

- If the guest does not show up, the deposit will not be refunded.

We expect the guest to have read and understood the rules and regulations of the Pousada by the time the reservation has been made.
